Elysia and Robert Smith.
Steel Penny Cakes' mission is to set themselves apart from other bakeries by creating a variety of well-crafted, delicious baked goods, all made with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Elysia Smith was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. Throughout her life, she has honed her baking skills through independent study and under the guidance of industry professionals.
She has played key roles in several well
established bakeries. Today she is an accomplished baker and decorator.
Elysia's husband, Robert is a western Pennsylvania native. He is a baking supervisor at a nationally recognized wholesale bakery.
